    2. an execution by-law be presented for three (3) readings on March 28, 2023 permitting The Corporation of the City of North Bay to enter into a Transfer Payment Agreement with His Majesty the King in the Right of Ontario, represented by the Minister of Transportation for the Province of Ontario, for the Transfer Payment Agreement for Safe Restart Agreement Phase 4 Funding for Municipal Transit (SRA Phase 4).

    1. authorize the Interim Chief Administrative Officer and the City Clerk to enter into an agreement with the Rotary Club of North Bay and Rotary Club of North Bay-Nipissing to provide the terms and conditions for their $110,000.00 contribution to the new “Rotary Playground” that is satisfactory to both the City Solicitor for legal implications and the Chief Financial Officer for financial requirements;
    2. approve the naming of the new playground the “Rotary Playground”; and
    3. approve a Temporary Sign as required by and defined in the Sign By-Law, and to be located on City owned lands immediately adjacent to the Family of Rotary Splash Pad behind the North Bay Museum commemorating Rotary’s 100th Anniversary.

    2. approve an increase to R.V. Anderson Associates Limited engineering fee for work completed during tendering, post tendering and engineering fees for construction assistance by $80,000.00 (plus HST); and
    3. authorize the transfer of funds to the project as outlined in Report to Council CORP No. 2023-054 dated March 20, 2023 from Mary-Ann Kotylak and Gerry McCrank.
