By-Laws for Consideration

By-Law No. 2021-03 to authorize the borrowing from The Toronto-Dominion Bank of the principal amount of $3,995,782.00 towards the cost of a certain capital work described in Schedule "A" to this By-Law.

By-Law No. 2021-11 to authorize the execution of a Letter of Agreement with Her Majesty the Queen in Right of the Province of Ontario, represented by the Minister of Transportation for the Province of Ontario relating to the Dedicated Gas Tax Funds for Public Transportation Program.

By-Law No. 2021-13 to authorize the expenditure of funds approved by the 2021 General Capital Budget and the 2021 Water and Wastewater Capital Budget.
