Mayor McDonald declared a Conflict of Interest regarding Item No. 5.2, presented to Council at its Regular Meeting held on Tuesday, April 6, 2021 (Resolution No. 2021-134) re Community Services Committee Report 2021-04 - Rezoning Station Road (unaddressed) as "I own property in the area".  

Mayor McDonald declared a Conflict of Interest regarding all three readings of By-Law No.'s 2021-34 and 2021-35 presented to Council at its Regular Meeting held on Tuesday, April 6, 2021 (Resolution No. 2021-148 and 2021-149)  as "I own property in the area".

    2. Council authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute all documents for the assignment of the said Municipal Housing Facilities Agreement dated March 12, 2009 from 1732859 Ontario Inc. to Benjamin Sabourin (In Trust), or any corporation assigned by him, for property located at 2469 Trout Lake Road, North Bay subject to the approval of the said agreement by the City’s Chief Financial Officer and the City Solicitor; and
    3. an execution by-law be brought forward to the April 20, 2021 Council Meeting for three (3) readings.

    2. an execution by-law be presented for three (3) readings on April 20, 2021 permitting The Corporation of the City of North Bay to enter into an Amending Agreement with the Ministry of Transportation for the extension of the time limits for requests for the Ministry contribution for the King’s Highway 11/17 and Seymour Street Intersection Widening project.
