CS 2022-01 Report from Beverley Hillier dated February 8, 2022 re Property Standards, Clean Yards and Vacant Buildings By-Laws and amendment to User Fee By-Law.

Councillor Brousseau explained the purpose of the amendments to the User Fee By-Law.

The City Clerk advised that notice of the meeting was given in accordance with City of North Bay Notice By-Law 2020-79, by publishing the notice, 14 days in advance of the public meeting, in the Public Notice section of the City of North Bay's website on Wednesday, February 23, 2022.

Beverley Hillier explained the amendments to the User Fee By-Law.

Councillor Brousseau asked for public presentations in support of or objecting to the amendments to the User Fee By-Law.

No Presentations were made.     

Direction: Committee Report be brought forward to Council.    

CS 2022-02 Report from Adam Curran dated February 04, 2022 re General  Amendments to Zoning By-Law

Councillor Brousseau explained the purpose of the general amendments to City of North Bay Zoning By-Law 2015-30.

The City Clerk advised that notice of the public meeting was given by placing an advertisement in the North Bay Nugget on Saturday, February 26, 2022 and by providing a copy to all agencies as prescribed by Ontario Regulation 545/06.  

Adam Curran explained the general amendments to City of North Bay Zoning By-Law 2015-30.

Councillor Brousseau asked for public presentations in support of or objecting to the  general amendments to City of North Bay Zoning By-Law 2015-30.

CS 2022-03 Report from Peter Carello dated March 10, 2022 re Proposed Zoning By-Law Amendment By Miller & Urso Surveying Inc. on behalf of 1633057 Ontario Ltd. and 1633091 Ontario Ltd. – 490 Gormanville Road

Councillor Brousseau explained the purpose of the Rezoning Application.

The City Clerk advised that notice of the meeting was given by prepaid first class mail on the 28th day of February, 2022 to all owners of property within 120 metres of the subject property and by the posting of a placard on the subject property.

Councillor Brousseau asked for public presentations in support of or objecting to the Rezoning Application.

CS 2022-04 Report from Peter Carello dated March 10, 2022 re Proposed Official Plan Amendment and Zoning By-Law Amendment by Antech Design and Engineering Group on behalf of the property owner Golden Estates Limited – 392 Airport Road

Councillor Brousseau explained the purpose of the Official Plan Amendment and Rezoning Applications.

The City Clerk advised that notice of the meeting was given by prepaid first class mail on the 28th day of February, 2022 to all owners of property within 120 metres of the subject property and by the posting of a placard on the subject property.
