Direction: Committee Report be brought forward to Council on March 9, 2021.  

• Councillor Mayne declared a conflict on this item. (as "my place of business is in the downtown on Main Street".)
• Councillor Maroosis declared a conflict on this item. (as "I am a property owner and business owner in the downtown area".)

Councillor Maroosis left the meeting at 6:32 PM.
