    Your Worship and Councillors:

    The General Government Committee presents Report No. 2021-09 and recommends:

    1. That Council authorize a net transfer from the Tax Stabilization Reserve Fund No. 99529R in the amount of $880,950 for the year ended December 31, 2020; and
    2. That the Mayor and Chief Financial Officer/Treasurer of the Corporation of the City of North Bay be authorized to approve the 2020 Consolidated Financial Statements.

    2. Council authorize the pre-commitment to the 2022 Capital Budget, as outlined in Report to Council CORP 2021-68 from Mary-Ann Kotylak and Karin Pratte dated July 2, 2021.

    2. Council authorize the transfer of funds, as outlined in Report to Council IO 2021-08 dated June 30, 2021 from Karin Pratte and Peter Leckie; and
    3. an execution by-law be brought forward for three (3) readings at the July 13, 2021 Regular Meeting of Council.

    By-Law No. 2021-69 to authorize the use of optical scan tabulators and accessible voting equipment and authorize electors to use an alternative voting method that does not require electors to attend a voting place in order to vote for Municipal and School Board Elections.

    By-Law No. 2021-70 to amend Traffic By-Law No. 2014-38 (Schedule 5 - Speed Limits).

    By-Law No. 2021-71 to authorize the execution of a Contribution Agreement with Her Majesty the Queen in Right of Canada, represented by the Minister of National Defence, acting through the Department of National Defence relating to Pre- and Polyfluoroalkyl Substances ("PFAS") at the North Bay Airport Lands.
