Public Meeting pursuant to the Planning Act

CS 2023-03  Report from Adam Curran dated February 13, 2023 re Additional Residential Dwelling Units - Official Plan and Zoning 
By-Law Amendments

Councillor King explained the purpose of the Official Plan and Zoning By-Law Amendment.

The City Clerk advised that notice of the public meeting was given by placing an advertisement in the North Bay Nugget on Saturday, March 4, 2023 and by providing a copy to all agencies as prescribed by Ontario Regulation 545/06.

Beverley Hillier and Adam Curran explained the purpose of the Official Plan and Zoning By-Law Amendment.

Councillor King asked for public presentations in support of or objecting to the Rezoning application.
