    That Council adjourn in-camera pursuant to section 239.(2) of the Municipal Act, 2001, as amended at 12:02 p.m. for the following reason:

    Item 9.1, potential litigation affecting the municipality; advice that is subject to solicitor-client privilege, including communications necessary for that purpose; and a position, plan procedure criteria or instruction to be applied to any negotiations carried on or to be carried on by or on behalf of the municipality.

    That Council authorize the Chief Administrative Officer, the Chief Financial Officer and the City Solicitor, with the assistance of external  counsel as may be necessary, to arrange bridge financing by The Corporation of the City of North Bay to The Board of Management for the District of Nipissing East in the amount of Four Million Dollars ($4,000.000.00) on such terms and conditions as appropriate.

    Councillor T. Vrebosch took the Chair at 3:22 p.m.

    Mayor McDonald resumed as Chair at 3:24 p.m.

    A Recorded Vote was requested by Councillor Mendicino.

    Yeas: Councillors Mendicino, B. Vrebosch, Robertson, Brousseau, Maroosis, King, Mayne, T. Vrebosch, Valenti, and Mayor McDonald.

    Nays: Nil
