    Your Worship and Councillors:

    The Community Services Committee presents Report No. 2022-17 and recommends:

    “That:

    1. Council authorize the amendments to City of North Bay By-Law 2006-143, being a by-law to Restrict and Regulate Advertising Devices within the City of North Bay (Sign By-Law) as set out in Report to Council CSBU-2022-031 dated May 31, 2022 from Beverley Hillier.”

    1. Council grant final approval to McLean Lake Subdivision (2 Lots, McLean Lake Road) –City File 48T-90102;
    2. the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized to sign the Subdivision Agreement with 2029562 Ontario Limited for the McLean Lake Road Subdivision, upon receipt of all Subdivision Agreement requirements;
    3. By-Law 2002-133 be amended by confirming that Parts 8 & 9, Plan 36R-7768 is a municipal road; and
    4. By-Law 2022-66 be brought forward to Council for three readings at the July 12, 2022 Regular Meeting of Council.

    1. the application by Stephen and Anne Walkom to close the unopened municipal road allowance, as shown on Schedule “A” attached to Report to Council CSBU 2022-39 dated June 29, 2022 from Beverley Hillier be approved;
    2. the closure of the unopened road allowances be subject to the granting of any required easements; and
    3. the Chief Administrative Officer be authorized by Council to initiate normal closure procedures for the subject lakeshore road allowance.

    By-Law No. 2022-71 to authorize the execution of a Subdivision Agreement between The Corporation of the City of North Bay and 2029562 Ontario Limited (McLean Lake Road). 

    By-Law No. 2022-72, being a by-law to amend By-Law No. 2006-143, as amended, to restrict and regulate advertising devices within the City of North Bay.

    By-Law No. 2022-73, being a by-law to amend By-Law No. 2022-38, as amended (Clean Yards By-Law).
