    Your Worship and Councillors:

    The Community Services Committee presents Report No. 2020-01 and recommends:

    “That Council:

    1. thank all of the Committee Members for their valuable contributions made to the festival during its operating years;
    2. authorize the City Clerk to prepare a By-Law to disband the Summer in the Park Committee; and
    3. authorize the continuance of the Community Events Hosting Program as developed in 2019, to support community driven events."

    1. Council grant final approval to Phase 2 South, Plan of Subdivision by Laurentian Heights Limited for the Laurentian Heights Subdivision (Kenreta Drive – 6 Lots) – City File No. 48T93101;
    2. the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized to sign the Subdivision Agreement with Laurentian Heights Limited for Kenreta Drive, Phase 2 South in order to permit the next phase of the Laurentian Heights Subdivision, consisting of six (6) lots on the south side of Kenreta Drive, upon receipt of all Subdivision Agreement requirements; and
    3. an execution by-law be presented at the Regular Meeting of Council on February 23, 2021 for three (3) readings.

    1. City Council approve the award of a contract to Heritage Restoration Inc. in the amount of $218,305.00 (plus HST), for the replacement of the brick façade on the clock tower of Fire Station 1; and
    2. Council authorize the transfer of funds to the project, as outlined in Report to Council CORP 2021-13 dated February 12, 2021 from Mary-Ann Kotylak and David Jackowski.

City Council pass a by-law to remove the Holding (H) Zone Symbol from the lands zoned “Residential Multiple Second Density Holding Special No. 131 Holding (RM2H Sp.131)” through By-Law No. 2019-66 for the property shown on Schedule “A” attached to Report to Council CSBU 2021-09 dated February 9, 2021 from Peter Carello;
    2. the by-law be brought forward on March 23, 2021 for three (3) readings; and
    3. 14 days’ notice of the intention to amending by-law to remove a holding symbol from a zoning by-law under Subsection 36(4) of the Planning Act be given by ordinary mail to all property owners within 120 meters of the subject property containing the information prescribed in Section 8 of Regulation 545/06.
