    Your Worship and Councillors:

    The Community Services Committee presents Report No. 2021-03 and recommends:

    “That

    1. the proposed Zoning By-law Amendment by Robert Collins for the property locally known as 1410 Cassells St. in the City of North Bay and as legally described in Appendix A to Report to Council Number CSBU 2021-11 dated February 25, 2021 by Peter Carello to rezone the property from a “Residential Second Density (R2)” zone to a “Residential Second Density Special (R2 Sp.)” zone be approved; and
    2. the subject property be placed under Site Plan Control pursuant to Section 41 of the Planning Act, R.S.O., 1990 as amended.”

    Your Worship and Councillors:

    The Infrastructure and Operations Committee presents Report No. IO 2020-02 and recommends:

    “That

    1. the City of North Bay take over the operations of the Merrick Landfill site beginning January 1, 2022; and
    2. City Council direct staff to make all necessary preparations, as outlined in Report to Council IO 2021-01 dated February 12, 2021 by Karin Pratte and as outlined in the submitted presentation to the Infrastructure and Operations committee on March 9, 2021, to ensure the transition and City operations begin January 1, 2022.”

    All of which is respectfully submitted.
