Proposed Amendments to the Official Plan and Zoning By-Law - Implementation Policies and Regulations for Additional Dwelling Units (ADU's) and Enabling Policy for Delegated Approval:
Councillor Mallah explained the purpose of the Official Plan and Zoning By-Law amendments to Implement Policies and Regulations for Additional Dwelling Units.
The City Clerk advised that notice of the public meeting was given by placing an advertisement in the North Bay Nugget on Saturday, March 1, 2025 and by providing a copy to all agencies as prescribed by Ontario Regulation 545/06.
