Councillor Mallah read the draft recommendation for the Committee’s consideration.
The City Clerk advised that notice of the meeting was given by prepaid first class mail on the 24th day of September, 2024 to all owners of property within 120 metres of the subject property and by the posting of a placard on the subject property.
Peter Carello explained the purpose of the Zoning By-Law Amendment application.
Councillor Mallah asked for public presentations in support of or objecting to the proposed Zoning By-Law Amendment application.

- In 2013 this land was rezoned to allow for three (3) apartment buildings with 6 units each for a total of 18 units.
- Previous plan is not feasible due to soil conditions.
- The design of the new proposed dwellings has not been finalized but will be a total of 12 units.
- Proposal meets the parking requirement of the Zoning By-Law.
Direction: Committee Report be brought forward to Council.
