    1. approve the award of a contract to Fer-Pal Construction Ltd. in the amount of $3,083,800.00 (plus HST), for the provision of Cured-in-Place Pipe (CIPP) liners located on Trout Lake Road and Lakeshore Drive Overpass; and
    2. authorize the transfer of funds to the project, as outlined in Report to Council CORP 2024-71 dated August 15, 2024 from Lori Jackson and Gerry McCrank.

    “That Council authorize the Chief Administrative Officer and City Clerk to extend the operational subsidy agreement between the City of North Bay and the North Bay–Mattawa Conservation Authority, for an amount up to $100,000 to be funded from the Tax Rate Stabilization Reserve #99529R for the 2024-2025 operation of the Laurentian Ski Hill Snowboarding Club Inc., to the satisfaction of the Chief Administrative Officer, the Chief Financial Officer and the City Solicitor.”
